Blake Putman received a certificate of recognition for her dedication and efforts to promote the Ag. Plastics Project.	Brain Wohnsiedler, from Jefferson County SWCD, received the RC&D Leadership Award for his guidance and leadership throughout the year.
Jon Montan, from St. Lawrence County Planning, received the RC&D Catalyst Award for working closely with the Council on the Grass Pelleting project.	Bob Keller, from Oneida County, received the RC&D Dedication Award for devoting a great deal of time and energy towards RC&D throughout the year.

Also receiving an award was Wayne Allen, SUNY ESF Ranger School. Wayne received the RC&D Ambassador Award for representing and promoting the RC&D program at fairs, workshops, trade shows, and meetings.
